Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Solok City, both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach, involving all 46 employees as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, evidenced by a t value of 2.536 with a significance level of 0.015. Work motivation also shows a significant effect, with a t value of 3.554 and a significance level of 0.001, while the work environment demonstrates a significant influence with a t value of 3.508 and a significance level of 0.001. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by an F value of 20.339 with a significance level of 0.000. These findings suggest that improving employee performance requires a combination of effective leadership, strong work motivation, and a supportive work environment.
